Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy was last updated on April 24, 2023.
This Privacy Policy applies to the purs.digital website and mobile application (which we refer to in this Privacy Policy as the “Service,” which includes any content, materials, functionality, and other services offered on or through the website and mobile app). This Privacy Policy describes our practices for the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service and tells you about your privacy rights. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When we refer to “you” and “your” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to you as a visitor to and user of the Service. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to iCashe, Inc. and our affiliates.
PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY COMPLETELY AND CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE OR PROVIDING US WITH ANY INFORMATION THROUGH THE SERVICE. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION AS DESCRIBED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
Applicability of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies only to information provided and collected through the Service, it does not apply to information that we or others may collect through other means, such as information we may learn through a business or employment relationship with you, or information you may provide to us through any other website, mobile application, or online service.
Some features offered through the Service are subject to additional privacy policies, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to those. For example, our Service enables you, a consumer, to make payments to participating merchants using your mobile device. Depending on the payment method you choose to link to your purs account, the Service may link to or collect information from a third-party platform, directly from your financial institution, or through your Apple Pay or Google Pay account. By making any purchase using the Service and allowing us to link to or collect your account information via a third party, you understand that that interaction is governed by the applicable third party’s privacy policy (for example, the privacy policy posted by the third-party platform, your financial institution, Apple, or Google, depending on your payment account), and not by this Privacy Policy.
Collecting Your Personal Data
Personal Data
Personal data refers to information that identifies or can be used to identify a particular person. While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal data that can be used to contact or identify you, or that we need in order to process your transaction or request. Below, we describe the types of personal data we collect:
Identification and Contact Information: This is information that identifies you as an individual (such as first and last name) and information that enables us to contact you (like your email address, mailing address, or phone number). It may also include login credentials if you create an account using the Service. We collect this information from you when you voluntarily provide it to us.
Financial Account Information: This is information such as your account number with your bank and your bank’s routing and transit number. Depending on the payment methods you use through the Service and the practices of your bank, we may collect your payment information through a third-party platform. If we cannot use the third-party platform to obtain the information necessary to process your transactions (for example, when your bank provides only “tokenized” account numbers to the third-party platform), we may need to access your bank account information, including your name, account number, and bank routing and transit number, directly from you or your financial institution, and the Service will request that information from you.
Commercial Information: When you make purchases through the Service, depending on your device and account settings we may retain information about your purchase, such as what products and services you purchased and where.
Geolocation Data: Depending on your device settings, we may receive location data when you use the Service. The specificity of the location data will depend on a number of factors, including the device you are using (for example, smartphone or tablet) and how you are connected to the internet (for example, cellular or Wi-Fi). Most devices allow users to disable location services, usually through the device settings menu.
Usage Data: This is information that is collected automatically when you use the Service, which may be generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself. Usage data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your device’s Internet Protocol address (IP address) or other unique identity, your device’s operating system, your browser type and version, the pages of the Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other diagnostic and analytic data.
Other Information: If you interact with us through any “Contact Us” or similar features of the Service, email us, or communicate with us in any other way using the Service, we will receive any additional personal data you choose to provide in that interaction.
Usage Data and Other Automatically Collected Information
As noted above, we automatically collect certain usage data when you use the Service. We may obtain this information by automated means, such as cookies, which are small amounts of data that are stored on your browser or device when you use an online service. Some cookies are deleted once you close your browser or application (session cookies), while others are retained after you exit so that you can be recognized when you return (persistent cookies). Cookies do not typically contain any information that personally identifies a user, but personal data we have about you may be linked to the information stored in and obtained from cookies.
We use cookies to help provide the Service (such as by recognizing you when you return so that you do not have to re-enter it, and tailoring your preferences), and cookies may be used to collect usage data. Most web browsers and devices automatically accept cookies and other tracking technologies, but you can usually change your settings to prevent that, such as by having your device warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or choosing to turn off all cookies. Because all devices and browsers are different, you should look at your browser’s “Help” menu to learn how to modify your cookie and other tracking technology settings. If you do disable these technologies, you may not be able to access certain features of the Service, and your use of the Service may be less efficient.

If you interact with any public areas of the Service (such as by posting a user review), that information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside of the Service, and we cannot control such distribution.
We may disclose your personal data for any other purpose with your consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data

In this case, we will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. Usage data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or if we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
